Your privacy matters. Here's exactly what we collect — and what we don't.

Overview

We don't track you

Vloady is designed to be privacy-first. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting technologies. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the Service.

Short version: we collect as little as technically necessary to run the service. We don't sell or share your data.

1. Information We Collect

Technical data only

When you use Vloady, the following minimal technical data may be processed:

  • URLs you submit — the video link you paste is sent to our server to fetch media information. It is not stored after processing.
  • Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) may be retained temporarily for security and abuse prevention, and are not linked to any personal profile.
  • Temporary files — downloaded media files are stored on our server for a maximum of 1 hour before being automatically and permanently deleted.

2. What We Don't Collect

No personal data

We do not collect, store or process:

  • Your name, email address or any contact information
  • Account credentials or payment information (we have no accounts or payments)
  • Browser history, cookies for tracking or persistent identifiers
  • Your device's location data
  • A history of URLs you have submitted

3. Cookies

Minimal cookie use

Vloady uses only functional localStorage entries to remember your preferences (dark/light mode, language selection, download history). These are stored entirely in your browser and never sent to our server. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any third-party tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

External platforms

When you submit a URL, our server communicates with the third-party platform (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to retrieve media information. This communication is subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. We do not share any user-identifiable information with these platforms.

We use Google Fonts for typography. Font files are loaded from Google's CDN, which may result in a request to Google's servers when you visit the site.

5. Data Security

How we protect your data

All communications between your browser and our server are encrypted via HTTPS. Temporary download files are stored in a secured directory and deleted automatically after one hour. We do not maintain a database of user activity.

6. Children's Privacy

Not directed at children

Vloady is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used our Service in a way that raises privacy concerns, please contact us.

7. Changes

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
